ABOUT ME

I am passionate about people discovering their innate ability to heal themselves. My personal healing journey began in my 40’s when I first discovered A Course in Miracles and felt myself awakening to my life’s purpose. I had experienced being an Olympic-level athlete, a successful sales and marketing executive, and the single mother of a child on the spectrum, yet I knew there was something else I was put on this Earth to be and do. In my early 50’s I experienced a powerful personal transformation training through which I discovered my passion, my purpose and my vision for humanity, leading me to being a Empowerment Coach, Training Facilitator, and Reiki Master in the Usui tradition.

Although my path to energy healing began with my connection to Nature as a child conversing with plants and animals, my journey took me through several lineage studies before becoming a certified Master of Shamanic Energy Medicine with the Four Winds Society. The Shamans teach that all dis-ease- whether physical, emotional or mental- exists first in a person’s energy field before manifesting in the physical realm. I have experienced this myself in my personal healing journey.

My gifts are the ability to be deeply, compassionately present and to read people’s energy fields in order to assist them in identifying and removing those energies in order to live a healed, joyful and fulfilling life. I am grateful to be here at this time on the planet to contribute to the healing of humanity, one heart at a time.
