TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in a shamanic healing session with me.

Here are the next steps to sign up for a session:

Duration

90-120 minutes. I suggest you assign a total of two hours in your calendar to allow for preparation and integration time for yourself.

There are specific practices that require up to 3 hours. I will advise you of this prior to booking one of these sessions.

Investment

$100/hr. payable by Stripe or Venmo.

Waiver

Sessions & Workshops: The workshops and individual sessions offered by me, Rebecca Haskell, under the name “Luminous Path” are self-awareness, training and continued education offers and serve the personal and/or professional growth and development of the client.

Shamanic practitioners are not recognized as doctors, nor as alternative practitioners or therapists in the western legal and health care systems, therefore I do not make any promises of healing. Shamanic energy work is no substitute for treatment by a state-approved doctor, naturopath or therapist.

In energy work the focus is not on illness or diagnoses, but on strengthening the conditions for health. Every client is obliged to inform me in advance about current conventional medical therapies and treatments. I reserve the right to refuse or terminate working together on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy Policy

The contents of all energy healing sessions is treated as strictly confidential. All clients’ personal information is collected for the sole use of recordkeeping by the practitioner and will not be shared.

All data such as name, address, contact and payment information are kept in the strictest confidence and used for the sole purpose of session-related information and subsequent payment.

From time to time the practitioner may reach out via email to share information or notice of upcoming events, but clients’ email will not be used for solicitation nor shared with any other entity at any time.

Client responsibility

Clients receive my offerings voluntarily and accountably. Accordingly, clients can terminate their participation in an event/session at any time of their choosing - but without any claim for compensation.

Investment

Duration of approximately 90 minutes - tracking of client’s energy field prior to the session is included at no extra charge. By signing this document, the client gives his/her/their permission for this and agrees to pay for services at the time they are provided.

Cancellation policy

Remote sessions via Internet can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. Within 24 hours a 50% fee will be charged, and in case of no-show the full price will be charged.

In-person sessions in my practice in Colorado or Utah can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment. If cancelled between 24 and 48 hours prior 50% will be charged, with 24 hours 75% will be charged, and in case of no-show the full price will be charged

Home visits and on-site appointments at the clients’ place of residence can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the agreed appointment. After that 50% of the price will be charged up to 3 days before the agreed appointment, after which 75% will be charged, and in case of no-show the full price will be charged.

Payment

There is a non-refundable $25 booking fee that will be applied to the cost of your session. Payment is due at the time service is rendered.

I will send an invoice or payment link for Stripe or Venmo. For international clients: credit card payment only. Payment link will be provided and is due at the time of booking.

By booking and paying the non-refundable $25 booking fee, you confirm that you have read and understood the information in this document and that you agree to it. You furthermore confirm that you have taken note of both the Waiver and Privacy Policy (data protection and data processing) and declare you are in agreement.
